Yes. In your module you could do something like this sending the name of the form and the ID of the Note in the table.

Public Sub GetNotes(FormName As String, ID As Long)
    Forms(FormName)!Notes = Nz(DLookup("NoteText", "NoteT", "NoteID=" & ID), "")
End Sub

Public Sub UpdateNotes(FormName As String, ID As Long)
    CurrentDb.Execute "UPDATE NoteT SET NoteText=""" & Forms(FormName)!Notes & """ WHERE NoteID=" & ID
End Sub

Then in your events for the form, do this.

Private Sub Form_Load()
    GetNotes Me.Name, 1
End Sub

Private Sub Notes_AfterUpdate()
    UpdateNotes Me.Name, 1

I just did another variation where you only need ONE sub in the module. Send an optional parameter to determine whether the value is being looked up or updated.
