Hi Richard and people, our database is doing great we almost have it done. We are getting good feedback from the employees. One thing that my Director is asking for now after watching this video. We have just under 50 employees but we are growing. I have all employees, employeeID and yes/no and notes in a continuous form. She would like use the checkbox yes/no  only to the employees that have not been to the meetings and send a note to them at the same time to watch the meeting on video. She doesn't want to go through each person to copy and paste the note, when she can  just choose the people and send the note to them.
