Beneath the video there is a Database Files section which includes the template. The version number is different but it is pretty much the same template and you can definitely use it to follow along with the class.

But no, they contain: ACD37,custom-list-box-columns-FREE and custom-list-box-columns-MEMBERS.
None is the database used as start in Lesson 1! I am looking for FreeTechHelp Free Template v 1.x.

Almost every internet browser has this cool feature called a bookmark (or something similar).  This is typically a good use for that feature.
In addition Richard provides numerous ways to get to the Template. (see screenshot)

Jan, you raise a good point. I just assumed that the Developer students know how to find the Blank template, but you're right... someone might not be used to my classes, or could be a first-time student jumping in to an advanced lesson. That's my fault. I've added a link to the page explaining where to find it. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
