Expert 4 does have the PDF hand book.

Not all of the courses do - it seems that they are not quite as popular as when the CDs were being shipped so many of the courses rely on the fact that you can watch the videos as many time as you want.

I've saved the video files, the course outline, the lesson database and the PDF hand book for each lesson up to expert 17 so far (so I can watch offline). None missing yet

I just gave a look and it looks like the PDF hand books are available for all courses through Developer 13.

Yeah, I think D13 is where I stopped producing handbooks because the number of people buying them drops off sharply after the Developer series starts. Sadly.
