Calendar to Display Events

Hey Richard,
I am developing a database which tracks "Events" for aircraft serviceability. I would like to incorporate the chart feature, but instead of days I need it to show me hour by hour with option to zoom out to week and month view. No need for click to set rules on actual chart, it is read only. For example: Aircraft status changes from "Serviceable" to "Unserviceable", record is created with details of what, how, why, etc... Once next event happens, previous is then closed and time stamp is open for next record. I want to show these events and time stamps in the chart view.

What is the best approach to do this?

This is pretty difficult to answer as we don't know your experience or knowledge level with Access or databases in general.  I don't see that you have any  of the courses yet.

Definitely start out with the Beginner series and progress through at least Expert 2

There is a lot of information in the TechHelp videos, much of it free. That said you will get the most benefit if you consider a Membership.
