I forgot to mention that the table reflects the changes made by the toggle button, but the form reflects that all the records change, even though they haven't.

Yeah this is a known issue with the way continuous forms work.  
The Show/Hide Buttons video should provide some ideas on how to make changes so that you can still utilize the larger check box code.

Yeah, this is only good for single forms.
