Do you mean the actual report or the Data that the report is based upon?

You're gonna need to build an API and serve that via a website, prob add authentication etc.

I am not sutisfied with the answers I am getting. please help me being specific and to the point. I need to run a report (based on query) that export the file as a Jason file or XML. I am using Access 365 and in the process it exporting to xml it gives an error. I need to send this information to a webserver for processing. Please help

I am hoping english is not your first language and you're not trying to come off like that. We are volunteers giving away time to answer questions, nobody here has any obligation to help you. We do it for free to be nice.

Richard has courses showing how to export, look for them here  With ctrl+f. Nobody here has time to volunteer to teaching you how to build an api or how to talk to a web server completely from scratch, you have to put some work in. If you do some research on your own and come back with a single problem that you are having we may be able to help with that, although probably not now without an apology.

Aderito, I'm going to assume that this is a miscommunication due to English not being your primary language, like Adam suggested. The guys here VOLUNTEER to help answer questions. They don't work for me. They're doing you a FAVOR by assisting you, and I wouldn't expect ANY of my guys to assist you with something this complex. Pointing you in the direction of a video is the most I ask of them.

Now as far as this question goes, I have not covered JSON in any of my courses, so I don't have any lessons that I can recommend to you. Learning ASP would be a good start. I may cover JSON in the future, but I'm not sure when.

well Adam I am sorry, I though tuition was not by volunteers as I pay for training classes. I had no idea, the help was coming from volunteers.  I apologize to share my frustration the way I do. Sorry fellows

I would recommend, if you can, use XML. Access can export XML natively and that might be easier than trying to write JSON. It's only a text file, but it has to be formatted correctly.

No problem Aderito. We can just chalk it up to a misunderstanding. I have covered exporting to XML in a couple of different lessons, including Access Expert 20. I'm not sure if it's exactly what you need, but check out the outline.

exporting XML is a clear process in access, but for some reason my PC is not finalizing the process properly. However I wonder if I could use this forum to ask for a paid service . I really need the file export to be in Jason. the webserver it exports to is not an issue we have one on premise. I have the query and it runs well when we export it to any format. But I need to export in Jason and this process should automatically run at the end of every month. I will pay for the service if it is possible from here.

every time I use the option to export to xml i ge the following message:  DB was unable to export the data. Can anyone help determine why this is the case ? Thanks

You could have numerous reasons why it doesn't export. Do you have an option to push debug when that errors come up and see where in the code it highlights?

Could you post the code or whatever setup you are using here? Are there any null fields?

if it war possible to post images or videos here it would help. There is no error exept the text i shared. the report runs fine and converts well to pfd and excel format, but to xlm it fails with the error indicated above
