Convert a Report to JSON

My report runs from a query sucessfully with a date parameter and works fine. it converts fine from PDF. What I want is to have it automatically converted to jason file and sent to folder in my local web-server where an external entity will have remote access to use the file. Tomorrow is my dealine to present this project finished. This is the only peace of the puzzle I cant get right.

Are you trying to export the Report to XML or the underlying Query to XML?

yes, but it returns a box and asking about data schema...and then it returns an erros. I think its about a library missing i dont know which. My main concern is still running a vba code that converts and report result into a jason file

the requirement is the underlying query result that should be converted not the report itself. such code will be run once everyday to sync with external systems

What steps are you doing to convert it? Manually through the ribbon? A macro? VBA? Can you share pictures or steps
