I've been developing a CRM for my team using MS Access. We buy about 5k records each month which are evenly distributed to between 10 and 15 agents.
I could assign these before uploading them to Access, but I would like the ability to run an update query within Access that will do this for me. That way, if an agent leaves the company I can quickly and evenly distribute their records to the other agents. The problem is I really don't know where to start, I'd like it to go "record one to agent A, record 2 to agent B.." then cycle through all the agents until all the 5k records are assigned. My database is very similar to the one created in the security seminar. As always, your help is very much appreciated.
