I set up a Notes field (long text) in my database and set the Text Format parameter to Rich Text.  On my form I set the Text Format parameter to Rich Text.  When I highlight text in my Notes field, the Quick Toolbar pops up (as in your video) but the various selections do nothing.  Any ideas??  Thanks!!
I am using MS Office 365.
