I aim after the handbook for this class as well. As this is the latest Lesson I have I'm not sure whether the rest of your Developer classes have the same issue where the Web Page is stated "Handbook Posted a few weeks after class finished"?

To be honest there is not a lot of demand for the hand book by this level. They are very, very, very, very, very low on the list of things to do. As the courses progress there are fewer and fewer students that progress to that level along with the demand for the hand book at that level.
Even though the course page says "posted a few weeks after", the truth is the pages are built on somewhat of a template, and that is the default wording.
I can't speak for Richard's intentions going forward but I can tell you to not expect it in the near future.
