Video Center Vertically

The basic copy of "Center Vertically" stops at the 26 second mark. Tried a number of things and couldn't get it to continue.

Glen I just tried and both the videos work just fine for me in FireFox.  So I'm guessing it is either your computer or your internet.

Try following the Clear Browser Cache instructions then restart your computer.
Make sure to Restart not Shut Down.

Hopefully that will take care of it.

I've been trying this a couple of times this week. I'm using Chrome, I checked Chrome was updated, I did the clear browser cache, I did the restart, still won't go past 26 seconds. The extended cut video runs fine as do all other ALZ videos, this is the first video with which I've had a problem.

Try using Edge or Firefox just to see if it works.

I checked Firefox was up to date and tried the video and it worked just fine. Went back to Chrome and still no. I can live with this. Thank you.

I recently moved away from Chrome because it's becoming very bloated and awkward to use. You could try resetting the browser by going to settings > Reset and clean up and try those. Be warned it'll reset any custom settings, like a new installation of chrome

Thank you Dan, I'll try it. If your ears start burning pay it no mind.

Yeah, I have no idea why this happens. I don't think it's on your end, Glenn, because I have the same problem. Videos that are on the server and have been played hundreds of times all of the sudden just stop working and freeze at a particular spot. I've Google'd the hell out of this and tried everything and I can't figure out why it's happening. I've tried everything: clearing my browser cache and cookies, turning off hardware acceleration, changing browsers (happens in Chrome and Edge - I don't have FireFox). Tried an incognito window. Same issue. The only thing I can do is download the video, recompile it (run it thru my video editor) and upload a new copy, which I'm doing now. Sorry. If anyone can figure out a solution to this problem for me, they'll get a cookie.

I have had this issue with other videos but usually when I restart the video I can experiment with dragging the progress bar past the break point, first time a little, second time a little more, until it takes off on it's own. I don't miss too much of the video but if I'm afraid I've missed something important I open it in Firefox. BTW, can you look at adding closed captioning to your website videos. When I'm on my work computer I use the Chrome captioning you mentioned in one of your Fast Tips but I can't get that captioning on my phone. The YouTube videos have captioning from YouTube but I have to go to your website for the "Members Only" video and I don't get the captioning when using my phone (android).
