The Start New Conversation is at the bottom of each video.  That will kind of keep the thread together with that video or course.  You can also post in the general forum if you wish.  There really isn't a right or wrong.

One thing you don't want / need to do is "cross post to different forums.  That tends to confuse people and makes finding you topic harder.  Especially if people are answering in multiple places.

The moderators, admins, and Richard will see it where ever you post.

The only exception would be the Customer service page.  You should not post general questions there.

Yeah, theres the general Access forum so all kinds of stuff or the Comments at the bottom of any video page as Scott mentioned. Either/Or, boths good
