Yeah, you'll need to change the SourceObject property of the subform. I cover that in the Extended Cut for Vehicle Maintenance and in Access Developer 21.
To keep it simple, you COULD make multiple subforms and just show/hide what you need/don't need using the Visible property. But it's not much harder to swap the SourceObject out.

can i open the whole form ? so many forms with different subforms ? because the main form share the same data
