Watching the document indexing in D39, it got me thinking about a company email address that all our supplier's email material certs to our QC department. The document index system will work great to search these cert forms.

My question is, can you make outlook automatically save attachments from a specific email account to a specific file folder? That way the end user doesn't have to go to each email and do a save as to get the cert into a file folder before adding it to the index system.
