Twilio Code Question Ext Cut Upload Images   Link   Email

After watching the Text Messaging video and extended cut, I signed up for a Twilio account and added the code from the Extended Cut into my database.  And it WORKS great - but ONLY when I use a hard-coded "TO" cell number. I can't figure out the syntax for replacing the hard-coded number with a reference to a cell phone number field on my form.  I'm attaching the code snippet that giving me the headache.  Thanks!

Uh Oh!  I'm sure you're at the clubhouse today BUT I ran into an issue with Twilio.

It looks like Twilio Return Level 201 does not necessarily mean that my text message was successfully delivered.  I ran a test by sending a text to a known landline.  It resulted in a Return Level 201 and a "SUCCESS" Result Text message on my form.  However, my Twilio message log shows the message as Undelivered -  "Error: 30006 Landline or unreachable carrier..."  I believe that a Delivered Message Returns Error Code 0.

Is there a way to modify your code to capture the Twilio Error Code instead of, or in addition to, the Return Level?

I have tested this a few times with the same result each time.

Thanks.
