Thank you for that.  Another thing is at home I am running Access 2007 but at work I have 2003.  I will be doing all this setup at home.  I'm worried about features not being able to function on 2003.  Can you provide some feedback in regards.

99% of everything that works for 2007 will work for 2003, but you have to make sure to stick to the MDB file format for 2003 and earlier users.
