Enter Parameter in Query

Hello, I followed the instructions in this video but when I run the query I keep getting an 'enter parameter' pop up for the expression 'Forms!FormName!FieldName' and I am not sure why. My tables have a field that forms a relationship, the combo box in my form seems to be set up properly.

That means access can't find the field. Usually either you have a field misspelled in your code or on your form. Or that you don't have that field on your form. Check the fields it's telling you to check to make sure they are spelled correctly.
