Are you saying you want to delete the label associated with the text box?
You can just select the label and press the delete key on the keyboard.

Thank you. But I'm trying to keep the text inside the text box. This way when someone is filling out the form there dosen't need to be a label in front of the text box. Once they click in the box, the text would disappear once they start typing. If they delete everything or leave it blank the text will come back showing what is supposed to be filled there. Such as the note pad. It would say notes and once someone starts typing it would disappear and all that's left is what they typed.

You can enter placeholder text by using the Format property of the text box.
For example:
@;"Enter First Name"
