A large portion of the videos already have a "developer" with VBA video in the extended cut. Not everything is necessarily better with VBA (although to be fair, a lot of it is), some things are easier to just do the default way and work just fine as intended. I don't recall this video but I'm sure it's the same "idea" to search with as the multiple other search videos he's made. Like the Access Search Seminar and Search Form 2.0. From the looks of it, it's just using a parameter query but using the skills in the other videos you already know how to adjust to your needs for VBA here :P.
