Wrong Page Numbers - FIXED
Mark Smith

Hello, I purchased Richard's Access Booklet template and entered all of my "customers" but when I went to print it, it printed only even numbered pages (except for page 1) twice.  Like 2 page 4's, 2 page 6's, etc.  I don't know how to get it to print correctly.  Thanks.

Mark did you type in your customers into the template or did you incorporate the template into your database?
Did you make any modifications to the template?

Hi Scott.  I just typed them right into the template.  I didn't make any modifications to the template.

I've entered almost 300 customers and I would really like to be able to use this, especially since I paid for the template.  Any ideas as to what I can do to get it work like it is supposed to?

Can you post some screen shots so I can see what you're dealing with and try to reproduce the issue on my end?

Richard, I've tried to upload some images but my file size is too big.  The issue is that it prints the outside front and back cover and the inside front and back cover like it should.  The next sheet has page 1 on the right and page 38 on the left.  On the other side it has page 36 on the right and page 2 on the left.  Then, on the next sheet it has page 4 on the right and page 36 again on the left.  The other side of that sheet it has page 34 on the right and page 4 again on the left.  So, except for page 1, it's not printing the odd numbered pages.  There are 2 page 6's, 2 page 32's, etc.

I can't get my scanner to do double-sided with JPEG.  But, you'll see there's page 1 and then page 2 and then it skips to page 4 and then does page 4 again.  Then it does page 6 and page 6 again, etc.

Any thoughts as to what is happening and what I need to do?  Thanks.

Hi Mark. It took me a little while, but I was able to reproduce your results. It's an odd bug. I'm working on fixing it now.

Awesome. Sorry it took me so long to look at it. It's been a crazy couple of months.
