The data presented above looks suspiciously similar to the example covered in  Access Developer 21.  Be aware that this built on at least the previous one or two developers plus some of the TechHelp  ( Add Records Automatically Extended cut )

I see you are only at the Beginner stage so those may be pretty advanced for your current knowledge level.
