how do I use this to make the sum on the subform show up in the parent form (this is for my check register) I want to use a calculation to determine if the cleared amount is greater than, less than or equal to the ending balalnce shown on the statement.

I have watched this over and over, although it shows how to show that amount on the main menu (a totally different form) I want the sumClearedAmt to show up automatically on the parent form. I can't get it to work thus far, though. I have successfully gotten it to work on other forms, just not the parent form.
