I've moved your post to the Backup page.
You'll see some links down the left hand side.

Hi Alex and Happy New Year

We were on holidays but now the new year is starting.
At the same time I became gold member I bought the 'compact' download.

Now I have 2 problems.
1. where is the Backup page
2. where do I find the 'Compact' download.
