Contact Generation for Changes
Eduardo Benaim

I have several users in my database.  When A Customer calls and makes an update to some of his information the operators makes the correction. In many instances they neglect to DOCUMENT the change with a Note or contact.  Other than "firing" the operator how can I FORCE via VBA a contact Form to pop up when a change in the file is made so it gets documented. I thought of an after update event but there are  many changes at once. All we need is one Contact entry with follow-up. All ideas are welcome.

Alex. Im trying to implement the Backup record you suggested. I love this solution.
My main Form has a Main Area and 6 TABBED subforms.
I found I have to use the "On Dirty" event in each subform to Record Changes.
Because each subform triggers a change. That is No Problem.

Is there an Active Variable to read "in which" Form is the Change being made
Like Active Screen or Active Form/SubForm?
How to use it to record the Origin of the change?
Now I had to generate seven different queries to record which form generates the change.
NOT TOO ELEGANT. Repeated etc.
