In Lesson 5 you make a separate query so that only the last notes show up in the MostRecentContact2 but in the MostRecentConact1 I add notes to the end and for the total I selected last and got the same results. Is this a bad way to do this? Is it new since the lesson?
No be careful about this. I actually have a video coming out about this in the next couple of weeks. Max and last are not the same thing. They will generally give you the same answer as long as your dates were entered in chronological order. Max gives you the greatest date in other words the date furthest in the future. Last gives you the last record entered. So if you enter dates and they're not in order you'll get the last one entered. Keep a lookout for a video coming out on this soon.
