Field in Add Existing Fields

Hi,

I have a field in Add existing Fields Dialogue that has been deleted from the table. I have compacted the DB. I have deleted it from the form. I have shutdown and restarted but it refuses to disappear from this list. Can you explain what I have done and how to delete it. Any idea of why it may still appear in the Add a Field Dialogue.

Sorry but I'm not seeing what you are looking at by your forms pictures. If you create a brand new form, is that field still there? Is this form based on a table or a query?

Is the field in a linked table?

I was thinking the form might be based on a query which still has the name as an expression. Check to see what the source of the form is and then look there.

Thx for the replies. I will create a new form and see if that fixes my problem
