Hi Richard I ran into a problem at the end of last year. I book tasks maybe a week in advance using the annual coding similar to your video. When I went to book a task in Jan 23 on say 28th December my code would still be eg 345/2022. I use a date picker on the main form menu to select my dates for tasks how can I use this as the condition. Thanks

Make sure you base your calculation on the date of the appointment, not today's Date().

Got it sorted. Because I was using the date from another form as the task year, I realised the code for the sequence was running before the task year had grabbed the date from FMain thus throwing up errors! Loving your TechHelps
