When I go to form design and change the size of the form smaller and then save it. I open the form it still takes up the whole window. It's not the size of my form in design. How do I fix this from happening?

Have you changed from Tabbed Documents to Overlapping Windows?
File -- Options -- Current Database -- Overlapping Windows
