At 13.22 in Security Part 2, When attempting to relink files, I get an error when attempting to execute the SQL.  The error is that a Primary Key already exists.  I did create a primary key in MSSMS after after getting an error that the Unique Index already existed. When I try to reorganize the index in MSSMS, it tells me that I do not have permissions to do so.  Should I just relink the table without creating the  index?  That's what I will try next.
