Henry I thought about this a bit more and the Follow Up series that Richard just recorded would work well for you also.
There are 6 lessons beginning with Followups 1.

So these, combined with the reminder videos I posted above, you could build quite an elaborate system.
Just do a search and tie in all of the email videos that Richard has produced, you could automate things so you had to do pretty minimal work.  
Something you might want to consider up front that hasn't, as of yet, been covered, would be to add in a "responsible party(s)" for the followup.  That way you could direct the tasks to others to follow up.  
Depending of course on your needs and how complicated you want to make it.  
Rick has only really scratched the surface of what you could accomplish with Access.  Pretty much if you can think of a task, it could be accomplished.  Of course, there is your skill level at the time as well.  Keep moving forward with your learning in the courses!
