I have a database with a Contact table and a Phone table. The phone table has a pointer to the Contact table's internal ID. There may be zero up to an unlimited number of phones for each contact.

It seems that the "List Box" should be the way to display, but I can't figure out how to use the wizard or otherwise configure it so I get the list of nmbers associated with each contact as I bring them up.

After you create your List Box edit the Row Source to show only the phone numbers for the current contact. You will also need one line of VBA code to requery the List Box as you move from record to record. See screenshot below.

Thank you. I realized I was using the wrong tool. I used the form wizard and implemented a subform. Turns out it is quite useful! I will use your example, though, for other things I need to accomplish. Best Regards, Jim
