Filter query based on Field

I know I have seen this before but cant find it doing a search.
I have a continuous form with a field called PartNum, and then I have a combo box based on a query for available serial numbers used on PartNum's. I want to filer the query from the serial number table to only show the serial numbers for the PartNum value in that specific record line. I set it up like I thought is would be but only filters for the PartNum value in the first record of the continuous form.

any help appreciated!

Hi Mark, I normally create a query! This could be a query on a query. So I would have a field in the Serial number table with holding the related Part Num then in the form you lookup the PartNum, this automatically filters the created query so that it only shows the records from the Serial number table with the related PartNum record. Hope this helps.
