Expert 1801 CrossTab Querys

I'm trying to use a CrossTab Query to search Between Dates. The CrossTab Query ask me twice every time for the "Start Date" and "End Date". Like EXPERT-18-01 Lesson says, I put the Date Criteria in the (Helper) Query and "Start Date" and "End Date" in the (Helper) query's Parameter. I also tried to declare (Start and End Date) in the Crosstab Parameter, but it didn't help. Does anybody have any ideas? Thank you in advance for your help. Horace Conti

Are you saying you are asked for the Start Date twice and the End Date twice? You are asking for 2 parameters so 2 parameter dialogs should appear (one for Start Date and one for End Date).

No, In the Criteria area of the Query I have....Between[Enter StartDate]and[EnterEndDate], but when I run the Query I get the Dialog box asking for "Enter StartDate" then "Enter EndDate", then the Dialog box again "Enter StartDate" then "Enter EndDate" then the Query Runs. ?

I put the criteria and the parameters in the Helper Query and ran into the same problem so I moved it to the Crosstab Query and it worked as expected. Remember to remove both criteria and the parameters from the Helper Query. See screenshot. If this doesn't help post some images of what you have.

Thanks Kevin, that helped, must be some kind of a bug in ACCESS as it differs from the lesson.
