Hello, I will try to make this brief and easy to understand. I am trying to create a database for QA non-conformances in a manufacturing facility. I have already created numerous tables and forms for specific information such as customers, line #s, types of defects, operator numbers, etc.  
The problem is the main form where all this information is entered is very large and I cannot get a report generated that looks professional, clean and organized. I read on-line somewhere that perhaps I should break down this table into sub-tables - like steps that need to be followed in a specific manner.
Attached is a pdf of how I would imagine the steps to be but I do not know how to go about creating the final report for this in access. Of course I can create multiple forms to enter the data in steps (as this whole process does not happen very often happen on the same day) but how do I then create a report out of all these tables into 1 cohesive report.

If you can provide me with any insights on how to get this done it would be so very greatly appreciated. I am taking your courses and trying to learn from them but I require a bit more assistance.  Attached are screenshots of my proposed document broken down into steps and a listing of all the tables and forms I have created in access for this db.
