Combobox value changing

Hi

I am trying to make a training attendance form where I have put a combox listing CourseNames in the form header, whereas the Details section contains text boxes for EmployeeName and CertificationDate. My issue is when after selecting a particular course, when I try and enter a 2nd employee (a new record), the combox resets to blank.

Essentially, for each training session, I'd like to keep the combobox value constant, no matter however many employees I add.

My initial feeling is that you don't have you tables set up correctly. How are you getting your values and how are you storing your data?

While not exactly the same, when you enter a line item to the order (in your case the course) it is not requiring the order every time you enter the line item.

Access Expert 15 has a section on Students and classes but you are not there yet. Continue on with your learning before you try and tackle a major project. You need to learn to walk before you can run.
