I laughed when yo mentioned that since i only just discovered it. It was only introduced in Windows 11 by default. For 10 or earlier, its in the Microsoft Power Toys app (Where I found it, i'm using MPT for Fancy Zones - Windows manager).

With mine, i have it set to do that when i shake the mouse. If i lose the mouse, i'm in the habit of shaking it until i see it so now, even in win 10, the spotlight works well.
