I saw in a template called "TechHelp Free Template - 1 Million Rec" that you can open forms etc even in the middle of the code running, how can this be done? I also have a code running (Rst) to print full data and I want to be able to continue working in the software and the printing will run in the background

If you use the DoEvents command you can allow other processes to run in the middle of a loop but I strongly recommend against it. I've run into problems trying to get Access to multitask like that before. Your best bet is to open a second database to do any other work that you want to run while your Loop is processing.
