On a continuous Form, I'm looking to display the image whose address is stored in a table field in each record. Assume that all images are present where specified. I want to automatically open a Form with an image control whose "Picture" data is the OpenArgs from the Record Selector of the row in the calling Form which has been single-clicked. I have the display form built, no problem; but, what's the event triggered by selecting a record selector "arrow".

Oh! It seems I can use the Form's ON CLICK event maybe. I'll try some code.

Your suggestion of the Form's "On Current" was spot on. It opens an unbound Form which has only a field to display the OpenArgs and an Image control whose "Picture" property is assigned the OpenArgs value by code upon load. To others attempting the same thing, I might add that this also required that I include code in the calling Form's On Current routine to first close the Image-displaying Form before reopening it for the new OpenArgs value. Maybe some sort of REQUERY or REFRESH on the already opened image-displaying Form would eliminate this need? Any thoughts about a more efficient alternative?

I've always said that if I knew merely half of what you guys seem to know about VBA I'd probably be able to answer 25% more of the riddles and write a third more code without any help from my mother. (????)
