Is there an address for those payees in the table?

Yes, Kevin thank you for asking.  I attached the photo it should show in a a few minutes.

Look in the CheckRegT. Are the address fields being set in the table when the Payee is selected? If not take a look at the After Update event for the PayeeCombo. This is where they are set from the Combo Box columns.

Thank you Kevin!  I will take a look at it and let you know it that corrected my problem.

I chatted in email with Regina yesterday, and this problem does NOT exist in the stock database, so it's something she modified in her copy.

Regina: did you test it with the stock database? If that works, compare it with what changes you've made to your copy.

Thank everyone for the help.  Richard was able to get me in the right area for my download.  Now I've got to figure out what I did or didn't do.
