In the video you said you don't need the NZ() function in the ActualBalance column in AccountQ because the fields being summed have a zero in them. What if the user deleted that value?

Wouldn't it be better to have the NZ() around each of the fields in that calculation then wrap the whole calculation in the CCur() function?

Just realised it's a non-updateable recordset so probably won't be an issue. It was after 1:00 am I watched the video so my brain wasn't working at 100%. LOL.

Haha. Yeah... and I haven't planned this database out ahead of time. You're watching it as I'm creating it for the first time, so I'm sure there are BOUND to be bugs... so keep calling me out on them... but I'm going to be using this database myself because I've been wanting to move my Excel sheet to Access for a few years now... we'll get it working right. Eventually. :)

Oh, and in Part 2, I go back to it being EDITABLE. Soooo.... and YES it will throw an #Error. So we'll handle that in the AfterUpdate event where I was planning on refreshing the calculations. Good catch.
