The way that it's currently built, you have to manually add the issues for each item. You could add a button to copy the items from another issue; so for example, if you're on the refrigerator and you want to just copy the items from the range, you can make a button and just copy those items over. That would involve some knowledge of action queries or a recordset, either one. But to answer your question, the database doesn't do that now. I could add it as a future upgrade, but as of right now, this isn't one of the more popular templates, so it's not something that is very high on the priority list. If anyone else is interested in seeing this feature, they should let me know, and if enough people are interested, I'll add it.

Jason in the Multiple YN video Extended cut for Members Richard show an example of how to accomplish something like you are describing.  Of course that would necessitate you becoming a member. (Which you should do any way...  1. Because you get access to a TON of videos and lessons.  2. It helps keep him motivated to keep producing these great videos. 3. It keeps his dogs fed which they greatly appreciate.  LOL
