cursor position in a field

I want the cursor to go to the far left of the phone number field to start entering or editing the field. i am using an input mask and i want to force them to enter the whole phone number starting with the first number.

here is the input mask: !000\-000\-0000;;_ 555-555-5555

Add this to the On Got Focus and On Click events. `Phone.SelStart = 0 Phone.SelLength = 1 'only needed if the input mask starts with a special character such as a parenthesis` On Got Focus: if the user tabs to the field. On Click: if the user clicks on the field.

Thank you. I was using Phone.SelStart = 1 because I started out with parenthasis and changed the input mask. It works.
