error stops click search list

I have several fields spread across.  By clicking in a field it will search.  what ever characters you type.  By pressing the (+) or (-) it goes to the next search word.
It works on all column headings except the Detail field.

it gives me the following error.  I can not find the word "Description"  any where in my VBA Sheet.  Description is a reserved word.  I changed it to "Detail"

I assume you are referring to a Form? See if it sorted that way. Did you change both the field in the database and the name in the form ? Is Description still in your vba for the sort routine?

Hi Nathan,
try doing a compact and repair, close the database down and then reopen it to see if the problem still exists.

Actually it a continuous form.  I have about 7 field across the screen.  It has labels.  Click in the first field next to data.  Then you can type letters.  It will bring those records matching it.  I recently put money in my paypal account.  It will be at 4 days.  Before it gets to my paypal account.  I want to upload the error.  The problem is I get the upload button.  The minute I do a cursor in this box.  The upload button is covered up.  No way to get to it.  I wanted to show the code.  No way to put it on here.  I am actually getting a couple of errors.  I also have a Add,  Edit, Delete button.  The Edit button has a few errors.  Which have to do with NZ.
That error is a mystery.  thank you John for responding.  I will get the error box and the code together and send to this forum on Wednesday.  Goodnight  Nathan or Jeff

Hi Nathan
Go into design mode and move the button so you can see it (if possible). You need to start isolation the errors and solve one at a time. It sounds like you are chasing your tail (or errors). Show us the screen and code if you can.  John

You can use "Description" as a record field name.  I changed the on click name and it works now.  Thankyou for your help.
