The WorkLogBetweenDatesQ works fine if I run it as a stand-alone Query.  But, as soon as I try to run it after inputting that the criteria is to be received from the WorkLogLookupF, I get nothing.  Even extending the dates beyond the data in the table fails.

It shows me the form record is not dirty.

Criteria in the EmployeeID field of the Query:
=[Forms]![WorkLogLookupF]![EmployeeCombo]

Criteria in the TimeIn field (Where):
>=[Forms]![WorkLogLookupF]![StartDate] And [Forms]![WorkLogLookupF]![EndDate]

I've redone both the Query and the WorkLogLookupF form 3 times each now, and I still hit the same snag.  If I run the query BEFORE revising the criteria, as explained in the video, everything works fine.  as soon as i try to get the query to obtain the criteria from the form, it fails.  Can you see what I am doing wrong?
