First I will thank you for a great seminar. Here is my problem. When I get a client wanting a Due Date for a loan one month later than the Current Date, then this Due Date will be the Start Date. So if I want to check the "CurrentLoanValueQ", I will get an error because the fields Total Due as of Today:, Reg Payment as of Today: and Past Due: are empty. I have already paid out the LoanAmount but am waiting for the first downpayment. Shouldn't I have a value when I want to check my CurrentLoanValueQ? After all, they already owe me money even if they haven't paid the first downpayment... :)

You are probably getting the error because of the Null values. NZ Function

You are probably right, but here is the thing. In the seminar, we always used the Start Date and Regular Payment As Of Today, (Current Date), as the same dates, and then everything worked just fine. In the real world, this will never happen, because those dates are the same. The client will never pay his/her first downpayment on the loan at the same date as they get approval of the loan. The first Due Date will probably happen 3-4 weeks later. I am now waiting for the first downpayments of my new clients, but I can't calculate the "CurrentLoanValueQ" of the loans now, because my Start Date is 3-4 weeks ahead of time.
