I like having an icon show in the Window's taskbar for my practice database.
I found a Star Trek badge insignia on an INTERNET page (a black and white line drawing - no halftone)
I used Inkscape to trace the image which creates a .jpg file.
I used https://cloudconvert.com/ to render the .jpg to an .ico as required by the Window's taskbar which I saved in the same folder with as the db.
I attached the image to my practice database: File --> Options --> Current Database --> Application Icon
I'm happy with the result. Someone may know of a better way.
