Exporting Report Fail

Hi Richard,
I am no way an Access expert but I stumble through and usually figure out what I need to, but this is one issue I have been working on for too long now. It seems that any queries or code that involves subforms I always get a parameter pop up that I have to enter the field to get the query to run. What I am trying to do is export a report to a specific folder and name the pdf from the open form field (control). I have watched Export to PDF extended cut and used the SQL and VBA with my forms and fields and get the same thing (a parameter box) and it also sends to the folder with the name of the field instead of the data that is the field. Once entering the parameter the report runs fine and if I put no path I can manually place in the folder I intend to and rename it appropriately, but I would like the end user not have to do this and it just runs report without parameter entry and renames it as needed and to the correct folder without the user seeing any of that. Any help would be awesome because I am losing my mind.
Main form RequestF runs off tbl RequestT
Subform SOF runs off SOT
Report SoR runs off SoQ (SOT and RequestT related with RequestNum
VBA for export PDF button
DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "SoR1", acFormatPDF, "O:\Outage Tool\Request Orders\SO Revisions\SONum" & ".PDF"
SQL for SoR
SELECT * FROM SoQ WHERE SONum =Forms!SOTsubform!SONum;
Result is parameter dialogue box comes up asking for SONum
the I enter SONum value it exports PDF report wo specified folder but with the name SONum instead SONum value.
