When things get this complex in a Visual Basic or VBA program, I've always found that custom Events are by far the easiest and simplest answer to the complex problem.   I've created an example program showing how to use them, and I've placed it in my public Github account at : https://github.com/NfaToys/Global-Messaging-Events-Class.git

The program creates from two to 9 duplicate forms that all have a textbox where you can type in characters.   Type into any textbox on any form and they all mimic the textbox you're typing into.   Delete any form at will and the process continues uneffected,

You could try these. The Syntax the chatbot gave you is probably pretty close. I can't really picture what you have going on there right now, if you wanted to upload a picture using the upload button, I may be able to give a better answer with a visual.
