I am 75 years old and have been learning Access by watching your excellent Tech Help videos.  I set up a table with 35 house numbers. I setup another table with individuals that live in each house linked via the houseID.  Each individual living in a house has a name and email address.  I'm trying to create one email to each house but with each residents name in the one email.  Is there a way to grab name from subsequent records?  I tried a union query but that did not work. Maybe this has been covered in the Tech Help but I can not find anything.  Hopefully you can direct me to where to find an answer.  Thank you.  Paul

Basically, you need a function that converts data from several records, for instance:

John
Juan
Johann
Ivan

to a delimited string like this:    John, Juan, Johann, Ivan

There may be a function in the "code vault" of this site that can do this.  Other posters who are more familiar with this site than I am can point you to it.
